INCI :Avena sativa(Oat) Kernel Flour

A fine oat powder with emollient properties. It is used in the same way as silk powder.

It is ideal for hair care products (e.g. masks), and excellent for sensitive skin.

Usage rate: 3-10% in Stage C of cosmetics production.
