In-Store Pickup
You may collect your order from our store in Moschato. Our Customer Support team will notify you via email or phone regarding the pickup date.
Orders remain available for pickup for 7 business days.
Domestic Shipping (Greece)
For lightweight orders, shipping is handled via Geniki Taxydromiki within 1–5 business days.
Shipping Fees:
- 1–3 kg: €3.00
- Over 3 kg: +€1.00 per extra kg
- Cash on Delivery: +€3.00
Important Notice
Once orders leave our warehouse, delivery responsibility lies with the courier company. You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent to your email.
Remote Areas
For deliveries to remote areas via Geniki Taxydromiki, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Rates:
- 1–3 kg: €6.00
- Over 3 kg: +€2.00 per extra kg
- COD: +€3.00
Alternatively, you may choose pickup from the nearest courier branch at standard rates.
Locker Delivery (Box Now)
For parcels up to 20kg, delivery via Box Now is available:
- Mainland Greece: €3.00 (Price valid from 1/5/2026).
- Islands: €4.00
If the parcel exceeds locker dimensions, we will contact you.
Bulky & Heavy Orders (>10kg)
For bulky shipments, we recommend delivery via a freight company for lower costs.
Shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier.
Estimated cost: €5–€8 per box, depending on destination and transport company.
International Shipping
Via Geniki Taxydromiki:
- Up to 5 kg: €12.40
- 5–10 kg: €18.60
- 10–20 kg: €27.30
Via Box Now:
- Cyprus:
- up to 4 kg: €8
- 4–7 kg: €16
- Bulgaria: up to 20 kg: €7
For other destinations besides Cyprus and the Balkans, rates are based on ELTA pricing.

Additional Information
- Orders containing out-of-stock items will be dispatched once all products are available.
