Rose Otto 3% is a pre-diluted blend of precious Rose Essential Oil in Jojoba Oil, offering a convenient and ready-to-use option while preserving the unique characteristics of this luxurious botanical. It is widely used in formulations for dry, mature, and dehydrated skin, helping improve the appearance of fine lines and signs of fatigue while promoting a smoother, more radiant-looking complexion.
