While browsing our e-shop, you can check your total bonus points at the bottom left of your screen. The first time you enter the rewards program, you will also be asked to press the JOIN THE PROGRAM button and follow the onscreen instructions. When you reach 400 points, you can click on the REDEEM POINTS button and you will receive an email with your discount coupon.
How to use your discount coupons on candlemaking.gr:
1. You must login to your client account (ATTENTION! Our bonus point program is valid only for registered users and only for retail clients- The program is not applicable to wholesale clients or clients who use affiliate VATs for invoicing).
2. Make your purchase of 30 euros or above (this refers to the net value of the products without shipping fees).
3. As soon as you see the products in the cart, you will notice the promo code box (see image).
4. Copy the code you have received by email and you can see the discount in your total cart amount.
DETAILED TERMS OF USE OF THE ONLINE REWARD PROGRAM
1. Our Orestis craft center bonus reward program is valid for purchases from our e-shop for orders over 30 euros. Each Euro spent is equivalent to one point. To be eligible to the privileges of the system the collection of 400 points is required. Upon collecting these points a discount coupon worth 10 Euros is issued (for the e-shop).
2. Cashing in the points is effected within reasonable time and cumulative cashing in of coupons is not permitted.
3. For the e-shop the procedure of collecting points and redemption is done automatically and the information is stored in the customer’s account data. The collection of points is different for the physical store and the e-shop and their cumulative use is not allowed.
4. The company has the right to modify or cancel the program entirely or partly or change its terms without prior notice and without the clients’ consent.
5. The client can be informed about their points through their account at www.candlemaking.gr
6. The company maintains files and will be processing the personal data mentioned on the application in the clients’ account at www.candlemaking.gr excluding commercial use of personal data or other use.
7. The company has the exclusive responsibility to hold personal data for its clients according to regulation 2472/1997.
8. The client has the right whenever they wish to ask for deletion of their data and their account at www.candlemaking.gr and declare their wish to end their participation at the privileges program of the company.
