Orders via the online store
You can use the e-shop services for your orders 24 hours a day. Orders are always served with a time priority. For delivery times and receipt of orders please see here

Pickup from the store
For large orders you wish to receive from our store, please note in the special comments box when you wish to receive your order. In any case, our warehouse needs at least 24 hours prior notice.
Orders will remain at the store for 7 business days.
Orders for which no prior information has been provided will be served by priority and availability.
Orders in any other way (Email, Facebook, Twitter) will not be taken into account.
Orders placed with false or inaccurate recipient information will not be taken into account.
Returns will be accepted within 10 working days of receipt of your order, provided that they are necessarily accompanied by the receipt of retail sale or delivery note/invoice. The purchaser must first contact 210-48 19 315 and the cost of the refund shall be borne by the purchaser. In a potential mistake by Orestis Craft Center, the return costs are borne by us.
A basic condition for accepting a refundis that the packaging of the products has not been violated or the safety packages have been opened. Otherwise, the refund will not be accepted. The refund will be made within 15 days of receiving the returnable products, by depositing in a bank account or account PayPal and the cost of the bank transaction is borne by the purchaser.
In case of refusal to receive the products, the buyer is obliged to deposit the shipping costs via bank deposit or Paypal account. Otherwise, the company Orestis Craft Center reserves all legal rights.
In case of recurring returns or if Orestis Craft Center is aware, in its sole discretion, that the customer abusing the right of return or acts in bad faith, has every right to refuse the return of the product even if the above conditions are met.
