On delivery when you receive the products.
Via deposit in a bank account in case you don't have a credit card.
Please when you complete your order in our online store, choose the payment method from the corresponding menu, so you can see the charges.

At the reason of deposit, please state the name you used in your order, so we can identify your deposit quickly.
Important: The deposit must correspond to the exact price of your order. Payment fees are charged to you.
If a period of 15 days has elapsed without a bank deposit being made, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Obtaining a reward card (membership card)
In your visit to our store, you can purchase the Orestis Craft Center membership card, which offers a discount -15€ (10%) in your purchases, when you earn 150 points.
Each euro you spend corresponds to 1 point.
Products that already have a discount price, paraffins and packaging materials are excluded.
The membership card is only used for retail purchases at our store in Moschato (does not apply for telephone or online orders at this time). It is necessary to submit your membership card or barcode so that your points can be recorded and/or redeemed.
