Shipping methods

Pick up from the store: You can always receive your orders from our shop in Moschato. You will receive and email or phone call from Customer Service for the exact day of pickup, unless you have stated which day and time you prefer. Orders will remain at the store for 7 business days.

For small packages, your order will arrive by courier  (Geniki Taxydromiki or Courier Center). Your order will be processed within 1-5 working days and the costs are as follows, regardless of order amount: 

  • 1 to 3 kg: 3.00 Euro + 3.00 euro cash on delivery (if you choose this payment method)
  • 3 kilos or more: 1.00 euro/kilo extra charge (e.g. 5 kg = 5.00 Euro + 3.00 euro cash on delivery, if you choose this payment method.)

If you wish to pay by card, PayPal or by bank deposit, you will not be charged with the pay on delivery fee, so you only have to pay the order weight charges.

For small packages up to 20 kg, you can also chose delivery to a specific locker via Box Now. The cost is 2.00 €.

For heavy packages, (more than 10 kg - concerns all areas in and out of Attica), we recommend the most economical solution of delivery via a shipping company. In this case Orestis Craft Center undertakes the delivery of the parcels to the shipping company and you pay the shipping cost directly to the shipper. The cost is usually 4 Euro per parcel.

Shipping to Cyprus/ Bulgaria/Romania

    • Up to 5 kg = 12.40Euro
    • From 5 kg to 10 kg = 18.60 Euro
    • From 10 kg to 20 kg = 27.30 Euro

    All international orders must be pre-paid (via debit/credit card, PayPal or bank transfer).

    Please note that for orders heavier than 10 kg you can arrange your own picking and shipping with a transport company of your choise.

    ATTENTION: Please note that the delivery time of 5 working days is applicable only for domestic shipments. For delivery times of your region please contact the courier at https://www.taxydromiki.com/

    Update
    In case your order includes products that are not available at the store, your order will be delivered when we receive these items. We will contact you to inform you about the delivery times from our suppliers.

    Orestis Craft Center is not responsible for any delays, postponements on arrival, or generally for the state of the parcels after delivery to the transport company.
