Porcelain Casting Powder

Special synthetic casting material, with increased resistance to breakage and wear, for the production of relief objects with a plaster appearance.

Mixing ratio: 4 kg of powder per liter of water (mix volume 2.4L))
Drying time: 25 minutes at a temperature of + 23o C
Workability time: 17 minutes at a temperature of +23o C

Application method: Mix the powder with water in the predetermined ratio and stir the mixture for about 1 minute and until the initially viscous mass becomes quite fluid and becomes homogeneous. Then, pour a thin layer of material with a small flow onto the mold, slowly and carefully so as not to create air bubbles, and then pour the rest of the mixture. After about 15 minutes of casting, the object can be unmolded.

The object develops a high temperature, therefore it is recommended to ventilate it from all sides until it returns to ambient temperature. After hardening is complete (after about 8 hours), the surface can be painted externally.

It is recommended to clean your tools and containers immediately after use with plain water.
