INCI: Cinnamomum Zeylanicum
Origin: It originates mainly from Asian countries and is produced from both the trunk and the leaves of the tree. WARNING!! The safe essential oil is the one produced by the leaves. Madagascar-Southeast Asia.
Indications: Very aromatic (the most aromatic variety is produced in Sri Lanka). Antimicrobial. Essential in perfumery.
Contraindications: Non-toxic, but may cause irritation. Use in small quantities.
Synergy with other essential oils: Clove, Ginger, Grapefruit, Lavender, Orange, Frankincense, Pine, Rosemary.
