Natural Beeswax (Cera Alba) is a premium-quality, naturally derived ingredient widely used in candle making, soap making and cosmetic formulations. It is available in both Yellow and White varieties in convenient pastille form for easy melting and accurate weighing.

In candle making, it is ideal for producing pillar candles, taper candles and decorative candles, providing natural hardness, long burn time and excellent overall performance.

In cosmetics, Beeswax acts as a natural thickener and stabiliser while forming a protective barrier on the skin that helps reduce moisture loss. For this reason, it is commonly used in creams, balms, lip balms, ointments and other skincare products.

In soap making, Beeswax is often added in small percentages to increase bar hardness and improve the durability of the finished soap.

Properties: Natural thickening and structuring agent, emollient and protective. Forms a moisture-protective barrier on the skin while improving the consistency and stability of cosmetic formulations.

Melting Point: 61–65°C (depending on the type of beeswax).

Note: To preserve the natural properties of Beeswax, it is recommended to melt it gently and avoid prolonged heating above 85°C, as excessive temperatures may affect its natural colour and characteristic aroma.

Recommended Uses: Candles, taper candles, wax melts, lip balms, body balms, creams, ointments, natural soaps, facial and body care products and a wide range of cosmetic formulations.

Recommended Dosage:

• Cosmetic formulations: 2–20%, depending on the formulation and desired consistency.
• Cold process soaps: Typically 1–3% of the total oil weight.

Note: Yellow Beeswax retains its natural colour and characteristic honey aroma, while White Beeswax has been naturally bleached to provide a lighter colour and a more neutral scent without affecting its core functional properties.
