INCI: Mangifera indica
It has a whitish color and is obtained from the seed core of the homonymous fruit. It is mainly produced in India.
A new addition to cosmetology. Mango butter has been proven to have beneficial moisturizing properties, as it acts as a light lubricant on skin, and has almost the same properties as shea butter and cocoa butter. It has also been observed that it has light healing properties, making it ideal for sun/cold-chapped skin.
